I want to give you a warm welcome to Kind Connections and share a little about me.

I am a developmental behavioral consultant passionate about helping children, families, and providers build stronger, more meaningful connections. My background is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and developmental science, and my approach integrates behavioral principles with naturalistic, developmental, play-based, and relationship-focused practices. Rather than viewing these as separate services, I use an individualized developmental-behavioral framework that considers the whole child within the context of their relationships, environment, and everyday life.

Throughout my years working with children with developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional needs, one truth has remained constant: growth happens through connection. I use evidence-based behavioral principles in ways that are developmentally appropriate, naturalistic, compassionate, and responsive to each child's individual strengths and needs. I help families better understand their child, strengthen communication and connection, build meaningful skills, and create practical supports that work across home, school, and community environments.

My work doesn't stop with families. I also mentor and consult with other professionals, helping them expand their practice beyond rigid or highly structured models and incorporate naturalistic teaching, developmental considerations, flexibility, empathy, and relational connection while maintaining thoughtful, evidence-informed practice. My goal is to support approaches that are both effective and responsive to the individual child.

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me in the kitchen hosting friends, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing laughter. I believe connection is at the heart of everything, whether it's around a dinner table or while helping a child and family grow.
